FASTEST ROUTE: EMAIL, WITH YOUR ARCHIVE ID
Write to support@holohunt.app. Include the archive ID printed at the top of your Profile tab and, if your question is about a pull, the open ID from the receipt. Those two strings let us find the exact event you are asking about without guessing.
Where things live in the app
- Your receipt for any pull — every open prints one, with the pack, the charge, and the fairness proof. Vault → the pull → receipt.
- Shipment status — Vault → THE LEDGER → SHIPMENTS. Withdrawals show a carrier tracking link as soon as one exists.
- Trade status — Trade tab → the trade. Every trade shows where it is: proposed, accepted, in transit, received, complete.
- Your credit balance — Vault → BALANCE. Credits are store credit for physical goods and are not redeemable for cash.
- App version — Profile → SUPPORT. Include it in bug reports.
Checking a pull yourself
Every pack commits to a server seed hash before you spend, and the receipt prints the server seed hash, your client seed, the nonce and the manifest hash verbatim. If you believe a pull is wrong, send us the open ID — the same numbers that let you check our work let us re-derive the pull exactly.
Shipping questions
A withdrawn card leaves circulation for good and ships to the address you gave at withdrawal. If a shipment is late or arrives in worse condition than its recorded grade, email us with the open ID or slot address and photos — we make it right.
Account & data
To delete your account and synced data, open the app and go to Profile → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT (DELETE SYNCED DATA if you never signed in). It removes your account, archive, wants, open trade offers and vault records from our servers, and erases the archive on that phone. Cards held in the vault or in the mail have to be released or received first — the app tells you which. If you can no longer open the app, email support@holohunt.app from the address associated with your sign-in, subject line DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Details on what we hold are in the privacy policy.
