THE RULES OF
CIRCULATION
EFFECTIVE 29 AUGUST 2026
These terms govern your use of the HoloHunt app and services. By opening a pack you accept them — and you confirm you are 18 or older.
1 · Credits
- Credits are prepaid store credit for physical goods. They are not money, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable outside the service, and carry no interest.
- Credit purchases are processed by Stripe in the browser. Except where the law requires otherwise, credit purchases are final.
- Releasing a held card back into circulation credits your balance at the quote the vault shows you before you confirm. The quote is the server's; the app never invents one.
2 · Packs, odds and fairness
- Every pack publishes its per-slot odds before you spend, and any pity rule (a guaranteed outcome within a stated number of opens) is disclosed the same way.
- Every open is committed to a server seed published in hashed form before your purchase, and your receipt prints the server seed hash, client seed, nonce and manifest hash verbatim so the pull can be independently checked.
- Charges are idempotent: a connection lost mid-open replays the same open rather than charging you twice.
3 · Holds, releases and withdrawals
- A pulled card is a real, specific card held in custody under your name until you release it or withdraw it.
- Release returns the card to circulation for credits, at the quoted amount. A release is final once confirmed.
- Withdrawal removes the card from circulation for good and ships it to the address you provide. Shipments include tracking where the carrier provides it. Withdrawal requests are final once accepted; if a card arrives materially worse than its recorded condition, contact support and we will make it right.
- Condition grades are assigned at intake and shown before you act on a card.
4 · Trades
- HoloHunt has no selling. Collectors trade card for card, or trade a card in for credits. Balance scores shown on a trade are a ratio of quoted values — information, not advice.
- Trades move through published states (proposed, accepted, in transit, received, complete). Ship what you agreed, when you agreed. Misrepresenting cards or condition is grounds for removal.
5 · Your conduct
- Scan and archive only cards you own. One account per person. No automation against the service, no probing the fairness system beyond the checking it invites, no using the service to launder value or evade law.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Held cards belonging to a suspended account remain redeemable per section 3 unless the law requires otherwise.
6 · Intellectual property
HoloHunt is unofficial and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, or GAME FREAK. Card names referenced in the catalog belong to their owners. In your account, card art is always your own scan or HoloHunt's original plate art — never official art.
7 · Disclaimers & liability
Market values shown in the app are estimates from third-party sources and are not appraisals or investment advice. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent the law allows, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8 · Changes, governing law, contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of our principal place of business. Questions: support@holohunt.app.
